🔥 Smokin' Ed began cultivating peppers at home in the 1980s to explore the relationship between lifestyle habits and disease. By the 1990s, he was nurturing 800 hot pepper plants not only in his own home but also in others', eventually founding America’s largest pepper farm. Today, this farm cultivates over 100,000 pepper plants, including the Guinness World Record-winning Smokin' Ed's Carolina Reaper® and the current World’s Hottest Pepper, Pepper X®. Now, Ed and his team supply premier food providers worldwide with a specialty line of spicy sauces, seasonings, and snacks.
